It is presented in a very entertaining and educational way the creation of a wine from the beginning until we can enjoy it sitting at the table. We are also introduced to different types of wines that we can find in the world with their characteristics.

Too many people and waiting to get to some of the smelling globes. Also, no seating at some of the exhibits. A bit touristy. The reviews made it sound so fun. We did learn some facts. I also liked the outside exterior of the museum. The line upstairs for the taste of wine was so long....meh! Then, after recieving the wine, there were no chiars to sit and enjoy it.
The site is the museum really extraordinary very instructive especially very pleasant tickets to have immediate access to the museum

Museum was great the exhibits and interactive parts. It's really cool and easy fast tracking we just walked straight in. However we still had to figure out which way to go and all.of that but we just asked someone and got sorted.
The museum is extraordinary and very informative. We had a lovely time and learnt a lot about the history of Wine in Bordeaux.
It's nice to visit..... The tasting is great..... Maybe for the children (juice) it is a little bit too much..... We will repeat another year...

August is usually very busy. Long lines inside the museum. The wait was for the interactive experience objects. Super informative, learned a lot about wines, winemaking and history (world and Bordeaux). Next time I am in Bordeaux outside of August, I will visit the museum again when it is less crowded.

I enjoyed the air conditioning for two and a half hours, the quality of the exhibition was spectacular and I learned a lot about wines and vineyards from all over the world.

Nothing really. Was very disappointed. Went up to the 8th floor for a glass of wine which was included in my ticket. No one explained about the wine given to me which to be perfectly honest wasn't great
The audio guide was quite slow paced. I was a little bored and would have preferred to go through faster than the audio allowed
Explanations, photos and videos about wine production worldwide. The interactive nature completed the visit and the use of a headset with explanations in our own language was very nice.

Just a superb experience. Me grandpa 71 mum 49. Grandson 14. We all learnt something new. And it was a really good day out. And the audio tour guid a big thumbs up . And we took away a very nice book from the gift shop .
No queue at the ticket office thanks to the headout solution. Interesting museum, although too focused on local products. Excellent audio guide system.
